The Mystery of Four - Finding True Balance

The mystery of four is hidden in plain sight all around us. The body has four limbs, our hands have four fingers. The brain has four parts, as does the heart. We often speak of the self as having four parts: body, mind, emotions, and spirit. We know that we are moved through time in four seasons. Maps, crosses and the medicine wheel have four directions; wind and weather can be discussed as the four winds and ancient sages taught about four elements comprising all things. These few examples speak to our search for stability, and our knowing that there is seldom only one answer.

Our fourth chakra is our ability to integrate, change, love, and is the mediator between the three dimensional physical world and the three dimensional world of spirit.

In this intensive class we will start to unlock the mystical significance of four and the heart’s special role in it.
